Monday Intake

Breakfast: one piece of toast with jam (about 100 calories)

Lunch: tonnes of tapas, can’t really count it because it was all different foods but I’m going to guess about 500-600 calories)

Dinner: well I don’t know what I’ll have…I’ll try and skip it because I am still pretty full from lunch.

Only 63 kilos!

Went to the doctor today and was weighed on their scales and it turns out that my scales at home are faulty because I only weigh 63 kilos not 68 like I thought! It’s not wonderful but its a damn sight better than before. So happy!

Sunday Intake

Bad day today! Was doing well until the evening when I ate a million crisps! My friends were sharing and I just couldn’t find the willpower not to.

Breakfast: tea

Lunch: two pieces of toast with jam (about 200 calories)

Dinner: half a cup of brown rice and veggies (not counting the veggies because its healthy so let’s say around 200)

Snacks: too many crisps to count! But way more then I wanted to eat to day

Total: too much to calculate! Eek! Better luck tomorrow, fingers crossed.

Also drank too much black coffee today so my stomach hurt…not a good food day all round!

Saturday’s intake

Breakfast: two pieces of toast with jam (about 200 calories)

Lunch: nothing

Dinner: one piece of tuna and avocado sushi (about 200 calories)

Total for the day: 400 calories!
